As you begin this project and make your first payment, please note: this is a structured payment plan—not a subscription. Your full commitment to all three payments is required to maintain your participation in the Powerhouse Portfolio. If any payment is missed, we reserve the right to pause access to your assets until payment is resolved, and take necessary steps to complete the transaction. This is a Done-With-You program, which means your active participation is required. You’ll have up to 6 months to complete the project—more than enough time. Most complete it in 90 days, but we offer a 3-month buffer to ensure you finish. All payments are non-refundable after May 31, 2025. If a refund is requested, you will permanently forfeit access to the $3,000 Powerhouse Portfolio template and all included privileges. During your onboarding with Ernesto, it was clearly explained: while you get full access to his $15,000,000 portfolio template as part of your enrollment, the actual build, testimonial reel creation, and branding execution are not included in this price. Also, please note that website hosting is not included. It runs separately at approximately $12/month.
